I really enjoyed the hotel, its quiet room and pleasant staff. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, tea/coffee making equipment, a dining area and a seating area. The location was exceptional, at a moderate distance from a large mall.

Really good family experience! Good swimming pool and jacuzzi, excellent staff like Jeremy who swiftly accommodated us, and a breakfast spread that tantalized our taste buds!

Cleanliness sometimes missed. Other guests, especially those with families, expressed concerns about chaotic nights from rowdy visitors.

The service at Nyx was bewildering. I couldn't believe they almost charged me extra VAT! And the parking fees? Absurd! I thought they might offer me a complimentary stay or upgrade to make up for it, but alas, I was just another guest. I almost thought about giving a good review, but I just couldn't.

The Beautiful Double Room offered a comfortable bed and a spacious shower. The delicious breakfast selection impressed everyone, particularly the variety of curries that satisfied our cravings. Noise levels at night were occasionally disruptive, and cleanliness wasn't consistently up to par. The indoor pool and spa were enjoyable but could benefit from more maintenance.
