The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was conducive to productivity. I particularly enjoyed the access to a conference center measuring 2433 square feet, providing ample space for various purposes. Additionally, being located within a 15-minute drive of the business district added great convenience to my stay.

Adjoining room requests not fulfilled!!! Check-in confusion, late-night noise disruptions excessively annoying!!! Consider clearer communication about VAT charges and parking fees to avoid misunderstanding!!!

the service at Nyx was simply bewildering. I couldn't believe they almost charged me extra VAT! And the parking fees? Absurd! I thought they might offer me a complimentary stay or upgrade to make up for it, but alas, I was just another guest. I almost thought about giving a good review, but I just couldn’t.

The Deluxe Double Room offered a comfortable bed and a spacious shower, making it a great retreat after a day out. The delicious breakfast selection impressed everyone, particularly the variety of curries that satisfied our cravings. However, noise levels at night were occasionally disruptive, and cleanliness wasn't consistently up to par. Additionally, the indoor pool and spa were enjoyable but could benefit from more maintenance.

Excellent place with great amenities like wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a jacuzzi. On my first stay, the staff helped me with printing, and they are always kind and friendly. I recommend trying the breakfast buffet. I'm coming back for a city break!
